• $150 for an initial intake
• $135 for 60 minute sessions

Insurance

I accept patients receiving Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO. As a courtesy, I'd be happy to check your benefits if we schedule an initial appointment. I strongly advise my clients to take a proactive approach to healthcare and become informed of their benefits, so having this information prior to an initial meeting is immensely helpful. 

Out of Pocket

If you do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield my out-of-pocket fees are the rates listed above.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
